Denver Blacktop

Privacy policy

What follows describes how information reaching us through this website is handled.

What we end up holding

Whatever you decide to tell us when you write or call. In practice that tends to be a name, a way of replying, the address of the property and an account of what the pavement is doing. There is no requirement to provide anything beyond that.

As on most sites, routine technical information may be logged — which pages were requested, and roughly where from — and it is used to work out which pages are earning their place.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and to arrange someone walking the property. There is no secondary purpose.

Where it goes

This website introduces Front Range owners and managers to an asphalt contractor working the Denver metro. Where you ask for that introduction, what you sent travels to that contractor so they can pick it up. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to parties with no part in your enquiry.

How long it stays

As long as your enquiry and any work arising from it require, and not meaningfully longer.

What you can ask for

A copy of what is held, a correction to it, or its removal. Write to admin@nextierdigital.com and it will be actioned.
